Celebrating the success of PacPrint 2022

13 Jul 2022

After a two-year hiatus, PacPrint 2022 has exceeded expectations and delivered an informative and enriching experience for attendees. The Konica Minolta team was thrilled to get the chance to engage face-to-face with customers in the print, label, and packaging market.

Konica Minolta kicked off the exhibition with the highly anticipated launch of the AccurioPress C7100 series, followed by a number of product demonstrations and on-stand appointments with our print specialists who helped many businesses find ideal printing solutions.

In addition, we also made several successful deals with current and new customers as well as bid farewell to one of the industry’s most highly respected professionals. Our highlights from PacPrint 2022 include:

AccurioPress C7100 launch

The long-awaited launch of the Konica Minolta AccurioPress C7100 introduced event attendees to this innovative press with intelligent automation, enhanced finishing, and advanced capabilities. The C7100 encompasses the key features of the AccurioPress C14000 series as well as the AccurioPress C4080 series. The C7100 offers extensive media capability and runs at 100 colour pages per minute, a feature that is a key factor in helping customers expand and streamline business. Following the launch of the C7100, Konica Minolta picked up the Print21 Hot Picks award for the eco-friendly, energy-efficient, and fast melting Simitri V toner.

Printcraft buys AccurioPress C4080

On the first day of PacPrint, Printcraft directors Nihat Ozdemir and Ayse Ozdemir selected the AccurioPress C4080 after seeing the speed at which it produces quality prints. Impressed by the detailed demonstration, the Victoria-based printing company was quick to snap up the digital cut-sheet colour press in its first deal with Konica Minolta. Printcraft found the C4080 convenient and easy to operate and Nihat and Ayse look forward to implementing it into their business operations.

Highway Press purchases AccurioPress C7100

Family-owned business Highway Press purchased its fifth Konica Minolta printer, the AccurioPress C7100, to take advantage of the machine’s versatility, productivity, and efficiency benefits. The company, specialising in a range of commercial offset, digital, large format, and point-of-sale printing, came to Konica Minolta at PacPrint wanting to upgrade its digital press with a solution that would provide more flexibility.
