Shipping Policy

All orders will be shipped using StarTrack courier service unless we stipulate otherwise on your invoice

Delivery charges are calculated based on a per order basis according to the weight and size along with the delivery address. We will notify you of charge out rates for your item(s) at checkout. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver items to PO Boxes, Parcel Collect or Parcel Lockers. 

You will be contacted if shipping details are outside Metropolitan areas.

All in-stock orders placed are dispatched in 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

As a general guideline, deliveries to major cities will take 1 to 3 business days, whilst it could take up to 5 business days for more remote areas.  Deliveries are also subject to courier policies and availability.

Note: Areas affected by COVID-19 restrictions may experience delivery delays of an additional 1-3 business days.

Backorders

We strive to have all items in stock. However, if for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order in the normal time schedule, we will notify you within 2 business days.

• Address details that are incorrect or insufficiently supplied will incur a redelivery fee.
• If you have given authority to leave goods without a signature, you accept full responsibility if your parcel is lost or stolen from your property.
• We deliver within Australia only. Overseas orders will NOT be accepted.

Pricing Policy

All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST (Goods and services tax). Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to make amendments to the prices or information at any time without prior notice whether to amend typographical errors or adjust our costs based on supplier price changes.

Payment Policy

We accept payment by Visa and Mastercard. There is no surcharge for using credit card or any other payment methods.
