Yohei Konaka began his career with the company in 2001 in sales and business planning. In 2010 Yohei transferred to Konica Minolta US working with dealer and direct operations, and in 2015 he relocated to Konica Minolta Canada with a role in strategic and corporate planning.
After returning to Japan in 2017 Yohei worked to communicate and embed the company’s vision to internal and external stakeholders, which includes an ongoing commitment to customers and society. Most recently he held a senior role in the Digital Workplace Business Headquarters in Konica Minolta Inc. working on the development of key initiatives to contribute to the company’s digital transformation strategy

Yohei now lives in Sydney, Australia with his wife and two children.
Gabrielle joined Konica Minolta permanently in January 2020, following a career in recruitment and generalist HR in the healthcare industry. She believes that People and Culture can foster positive employee experiences by helping every employee achieve their professional and self-development goals.

Living in Sydney for most of her life, Gabrielle has teenage children, a couple of fluffy dogs and loves to ski and travel.
Over a 30 year career, Richard has held a variety of senior finance positions in the FMCG, Education, Property, and Supply Chain sectors during which he spent 10 years working and living in Hong Kong, Singapore and Bangkok.
Richard sees his team as problem solvers, providing the business with strategic information and support whilst also managing risk.
He is passionate about seeing his team strive for excellence and celebrate success.
Living with his family in Sydney he has 3 teenagers (2 boys and a girl), meaning life outside of work is extremely busy.
Dean has been working in the print and imaging industry for over 30 years. He joined Konica Minolta in December of 2008, and has worked on most key verticals across the business. This includes roles in sales management, state management, and general management.
Since October 2022, he leads the team as Chief Sales Officer. He understands the importance of creating an innovative, sustainable, and cost efficient business environment to remain competitive in the growing global economy.
Dean’s a huge AFL supporter, and goes for the Melbourne Demons. More than sports, he’s a family guy- he has two daughters and recently became a grandfather.
Melissa has worked in the marketing industry for over 20 years, and has a background in technology and transformation. She has extensive experience across multiple marketing disciplines, including public relations, communications, product marketing, strategy and customer experience. Melissa is highly creative, has a passion for building high performing teams, maintaining successful partnerships and accelerating growth.
She was appointed Chief Marketing Officer at Konica Minolta Australia in November 2023. Since then, her focus has been on customer-centric marketing and taking Konica Minolta on the next part of their transformational journey by driving the company's brand beyond print.
Melissa lives in Sydney with her family and is an avid dog lover. She enjoys travelling, reading and skiing.
Antoniette De Marco is a seasoned IT leader with over 20 years of experience across various industries, currently serving as the General Manager of Technology at Konica Minolta Australia, she specialises in Digital and Customer Transformation.
With a track record of holding diverse leadership roles within Konica Minolta over the past five years, Antoniette excels in building and leading program teams to deliver scalable solutions for end-to-end IT landscapes. Her expertise spans Cloud-based technologies, SAP, and multiple integration layers. Notably, Antoniette spearheaded the development and launch of the InsightHub service suite, demonstrating her commitment to driving client adoption of innovative technology solutions.
She embarked on a transformative journey a decade ago, starting a family and moving from Canberra to Sydney. In this new chapter of her life, Antoniette embraced fresh beginnings both personally and professionally.
John Harding, General Manager at Konica Minolta Australia, spearheads the expansion of support and managed services.
With over twenty years of industry experience, including seven years in consulting and leadership roles at Konica Minolta, John emphasizes proactive customer care to ensure comprehensive service delivery across all client segments. His responsibilities encompass governance, partnership management, strategic IT insight, and driving profitability through efficient initiatives. John also fosters vital relationships with global suppliers and partners, enriching Konica Minolta's international operations.
Eric has over 25 years of industry experience and was most recently the general manager at Konica Minolta Australia for strategy, transformation and technology. Holtsmark brings with him a wealth of experience in technology, production print and establishing new businesses.
