There are two levels of security that we can assist you with, depending on your business’ needs: 

bizhub Secure

As part of this valuable service, your business receives: 

Automated configuration of your machine for optimal security. 

Automated deletion of any files. 

Password protection. 

Storage encryption

A sticker for the outside of the machine alerting staff to the security measures, which will act as a physical deterrent.

bizhub Secure Return

In addition to the standard bizhub Secure benefits, we can also arrange for one of Konica Minolta’s friendly service engineers to attend your site and remove the storage device (HDD/SSD) and return it to you, so that you can remove traces of files using your own security procedures.

bizhub Secure and bizhub Secure Return are chargeable services.
